RD-XLF-ZFT高速(su)四(si)方碗成(cheng)型機采(cai)用臺式布局，將(jiang)成(cheng)型部(bu)分與傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分隔(ge)離。傳動(dong)(dong) 部(bu)分安(an)裝(zhuang)在臺面下(xia)的(de)機架內，采(cai)用縱軸傳動(dong)(dong)結構(gou)，圓柱分度凸輪和齒輪傳動(dong)(dong)。所有傳動(dong)(dong)部(bu)分采(cai)用淋浴式潤滑。成(cheng)型模具安(an)裝(zhuang)在臺面上，便于清理維護。全機由 PLC 控制，全程由光電跟蹤監(jian)控，底紙采(cai)用伺服(fu)供料。
RD-XLF-ZFT適用(yong)于生產750-1400ml 的正方形紙(zhi)碗。
RD-XLF-ZFT high speed square shape paper bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.
RD-XLF-ZFT is suitable for producing 750-1400ml square shape paper bowls.
