RD-XLF-80SLT高速沙(sha)拉碗成型機采用臺(tai)式(shi)布(bu)局(ju)，將成型部(bu)分與傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)部(bu)分隔離(li)。傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong) 部(bu)分安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺(tai)面下的機架內，采用縱軸(zhou)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)結構，圓柱(zhu)分度凸輪和(he)齒(chi)輪傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)。所有(you)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)部(bu)分采用淋浴式(shi)潤(run)滑(hua)。成型模(mo)具安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺(tai)面上，便于清理維護。全機由 PLC 控制，全程(cheng)由光(guang)電跟蹤監控，底紙(zhi)采用伺服供料。

RD-XLF-80SLT適用于生(sheng)產口(kou)徑150mm以(yi)上的1000-1800ml 沙拉碗。

RD-XLF-80SLT high speed paper salad bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-80SLT is suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger   than 150mm.
